Job Summary
Lead field service teams for Otis & Sigma in Thailand, supervising daily field service operations (including 24-hour emergency breakdown support) and ensuring maintenance schedules comply with safety standards (FPA, EH&S, WWJSSS). Manage audits and corrective actions, mentor service technicians to achieve high efficiency, quality, and safety, conduct regular site inspections and daily briefings, and run weekly service reviews to reduce breakdowns. Perform customer visits and prepare monthly service reports to enhance customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the Service Sales team on repair works and billing to support service sales targets, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in field service operations, preferably in elevators, escalators, or related industries
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
- Proficient in computer and digital tools for service operations
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (written); spoken English is an advantage
- Thai language proficiency is required
