Job Summary

Senior-level Service Supervisor role leading field-service teams for Otis & Sigma in Thailand. Responsible for supervising daily field operations, coordinating 24-hour emergency support, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards (FPA, EH&S, WWJSSS), auditing field work, coaching technicians to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency, conducting site inspections, leading daily briefings and weekly reviews, delivering monthly service reports to customers, and coordinating with Service Sales on repairs and billing to hit service-margin targets. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, field-service experience (preferably in elevators/escalators), strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with digital tools, and Thai language proficiency; English language skills (written; spoken as a plus) are advantageous. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in field service operations, preferably in elevators, escalators, or related industries
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
  • Proficient in computer and digital tools for service operations
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (written); spoken English is an advantage
  • Thai language proficiency is required
