Oversee night-shift technicians delivering commercial kitchen exhaust and canopy cleaning, filter exchange services, and air conditioning filter servicing across restaurants, pubs, fast food outlets, hotels, and corporate kitchens. Manage job scheduling, workflow, and performance while conducting site checks, safety reviews, and toolbox talks to ensure compliance with operational standards. Coach and develop staff to lift performance, complete reporting and documentation accurately, and liaise with clients when required.
