Job Summary
Review workload, identify and address potential problems, and work with customers on quotes to resolve billing conflicts. Ensure repairs and preps are complete, on time, and on budget while managing technicians for safe, efficient processes. Coordinate training efforts to develop technicians and drive service department profitability through superior performance and complete customer satisfaction. This role supports the Fairbanks Branch of Harnish Group Inc. in delivering exceptional service under stressful situations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a service department
- Familiarity with all forms of shop tooling to the degree necessary to provide assistance to technicians as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Two+ years service management / supervision experience preferred
- Knowledge of DBS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a typical, physical work environment
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software and hardware
