Service Supervisor (I-III) - Cementing

Oversee and coordinate the cementing service line at the well site, providing planning, crew instructions, and equipment coordination; lead the site crew (Halliburton and/or non-Halliburton) and evaluate operator performance while training staff to improve job performance. Ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and environmental compliance; manage equipment preparation/cleanup for subsequent jobs and perform calculations for total job scope. Role includes budgeting impact on a revenue center, promoting a strong Quality Improvement Process, and maintaining effective communication with team members to deliver high-quality cementing services.
