Job Summary
Lead and supervise store floor operations to deliver Farm Boy’s welcoming shopping experience. Provide hands-on supervision, delegate tasks, coordinate breaks, receive/store orders, rotate displays, train and coach team members, communicate department updates, and support leadership in maintaining customer service standards. Requirements include partial post-secondary education with at least 1 year of progressively responsible experience (or equivalent), strong English communication, organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. French is an asset. Beneficial to have a collaborative leadership style and focus on team engagement and training. Accommodations available upon request. Required Qualifications
- Partial completion of a post-secondary program plus a minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a similar role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset
- Ability to work independently while taking pride in high-quality results
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative leadership style
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Experience supervising and coaching a team
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks (standing, lifting)
