Service Supervisor - Haven at Midtown

Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Duties include responding to resident service work orders, diagnosing defects, making repairs, and completing routine maintenance; manage the make-ready process for vacant units (pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors/contractors, procuring supplies, and inspecting work); develop and uphold standards for grounds and interiors to reflect high-quality living environments; periodically inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality; maintain maintenance inventory and coordinate with the Community Manager on supplies and budget; perform monthly preventative maintenance; assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects; support safety programs, OSHA compliance, and resident service excellence; demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills; travel/local work may be required; role requires high school level education or equivalent, maintenance experience, tool proficiency, EPA HVAC certifications if applicable, and a valid driver’s license; physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance, and working in various weather conditions.
