Job Summary
Supervise and perform repairs, testing, and modifications of new and used engines at DEUTZ Power Centers; liaise with Branch Manager, Parts Supervisor, New Engine Sales Dept, Service Sales Manager, Technicians, Engineering Dept, and customers; monitor and supervise Field Technician performance using KPIs, service software, and training outcomes; oversee scheduling, quoting, and invoicing of all service jobs; collaborate with value-add technicians to create work instructions and maintain updated component data; prepare warranty claims and document workshop/field activities; procure parts, maintain tooling, and ensure safe, efficient operations; travel 10–20% domestically/internationally; lead a team and develop DEUTZ service delivery aligned with company policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 Years of Diesel engine job experience
- Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, power generation, and related power train componentry.
- Ability to operate a company vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work as a team member and leader
