Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee Testing & Subsea Data Acquisition Services (DAS) product service line at the well site, planning job calculations, directing crew during equipment rig up/down, providing instructions and dispute resolutions, identifying potential sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, mentoring and training junior staff, and promoting safety, process improvement, and quality initiatives within the assigned country or natural work area. Familiarity with HMS, iLearn, and CPI systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience as Service Specialist I–DAS or 5 years of Data Acquisition Services experience including supervisory role
- exceptional service-line skills
- effective communication
- knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards and related tools (HMS, iLearn, Competency sites)
- ability to plan and organize jobs
- ability to discuss future work opportunities with customers
- supervisory training completed
- valid driver licensure may be required
