Job Summary
The Service Supervisor oversees all Service Technician functions, assisting with daily operations and supporting department performance, growth, and development. Responsibilities include service estimating, planning, scheduling, project management, quality workmanship, safety, training, teamwork, and customer relations. Candidates should have a customer-focused attitude, superior communication and organizational skills, and be adept at managing multiple projects. The role requires an active driver's license or passport for access to federal facilities and the ability to perform physical tasks. Flexibility for travel and overtime is also necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance and repair with emphasis on full-cycle payroll
- Ability to oversee multiple projects
- Possess a clean driving record or valid U.S. passport
- Ability to work outdoors in seasonal conditions and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted
