Service Supervisor

Oversee service operations in Downey, coordinating technicians, scheduling repairs, and ensuring timely, quality service delivery. Communicate repair plans, monitor technician performance, and provide ongoing coaching. Serve as first-line support to resolve technical challenges, manage service logistics (labor, materials, equipment), and maintain safety and quality standards. Improve quotes and proactively communicate status, address scope changes, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. Build strong relationships with key customers and lead efforts to optimize service workflows and warranty resolutions.
