Job Summary
Walk the grounds to ensure top-notch curb appeal while delivering courteous customer service in every interaction. Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry needs to keep the community running smoothly. Maintain property safety through pressure washing, painting, trash removal, and snow removal. Manage work orders via software and mobile apps to track daily maintenance tasks. Build strong vendor partnerships, keep budgets in check, and empower the maintenance team with training. Report to the Community Manager and drive ownership of the community's physical and financial success.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a multifamily maintenance supervisory role
- strong knowledge across HVAC
- plumbing

- carpentry
- drywall
- building exteriors
- appliances
- EPA certification
- CPO certification
- willingness to work overtime
- willingness to work on-call shifts
- willingness to work non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role—bending
- lifting up to 100 lbs independently
- lifting up to 250 lbs with assistance
- comfortable using technology like computers, tablets, and phones
