Job Summary
Service Supervisor to lead customer-facing service team on route and in-house. Responsibilities include supervising the service team providing customer service, sales and pick-up/delivery of products; hiring, training, developing and evaluating staff; driving a company-owned vehicle to customer sites; assisting with lifting and access at customer accounts; overseeing service areas including customer relationships, contract renewals, internal sales growth, route efficiency, and driver compliance. Middle-management role with direct supervisory and leadership accountability. Preferred background in sales, customer service in industrial/service settings, and training/instructor experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- active drivers license
- DOT medical certification
- Be at least 21 years of age
- DOT or Provincial driving requirements for vehicle >10,000 lbs
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment
