Job Summary
Oversees a regional team of field technicians in Allentown, PA, responsible for the safe, reliable operation of alternative fuel facilities and related equipment. Plans daily work assignments and routes, supervises preventive and corrective maintenance on fueling and energy-related equipment, performs hands-on troubleshooting, participates in an on-call rotation, enforces safety policies (including lockout/tagout), coordinates parts and contractor services, trains and mentors technicians, communicates asset status to internal stakeholders and customers, supports commissioning and upgrades, maintains accurate work-order and regulatory documentation, and drives continuous improvement in safety, reliability, technician efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical diploma, apprenticeship, or training in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or closely related trade preferred
- Experience maintaining mechanical and/or electrical systems in field/service/industrial environments
- Several years of hands-on maintenance experience with complex equipment (compressors, pumps, process equipment)
- Previous lead, senior technician, or supervisory experience preferred
