Service Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee front-end operations, supervise checkstands, self-checkout, and service desk; manage staffing levels to ensure efficient customer flow and minimize wait times; support opening, closing, and shift transitions; monitor front-end performance and address operational issues in real time; deliver and model excellent customer service standards; resolve customer concerns and escalations; assist with returns, exchanges, and service desk transactions; create a welcoming shopping environment; ensure cash handling procedures and end-of-day balancing; enforce policies and loss prevention; train, coach, and develop front-end associates; coordinate with department leaders, assist with scheduling and coverage as needed; maintain a positive, professional work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier, front-end, or customer service experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills
