Job Summary
Service Supervisor responsible for supporting front-end store operations with exceptional customer service, supervising courtesy clerks and cashiers, and assisting the Service Operations Manager in maintaining service standards, resolving customer concerns, and driving a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, resolving complaints, supervising checkstands and service desk, monitoring checkout flow and staffing, ensuring cash handling procedures, assisting with opening/closing, training new hires on front-end processes, reinforcing policies and standards, promoting teamwork and accountability, scheduling adjustments, maintaining supplies, and ensuring safety compliance. Required skills include strong customer service and communication, leadership or supervisory experience, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of front-end operations and cash handling, and flexible availability (evenings and weekends).
