Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified, Metal)
- Familiarity with manufacturer specifications and warranty compliance
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and professional references
