Service - Superintendent - Eastern Canada

Lead, train, and mentor mobile equipment crews to meet operational milestones while overseeing the safe operation and maintenance of heavy mining and construction equipment. Actively participate in the organization's safety program, enforce safety standards, and ensure regulatory compliance with proper documentation submitted to HR. Manage the execution of scheduled and unscheduled work plans, collaborate with vendors to optimize equipment performance, and provide analysis of department metrics to enhance productivity. Arrange training for team members, review performance, and address issues using progressive discipline processes. Manage an annual budget, align with asset health goals, and work with the recruiting team on full-cycle hiring efforts. Ensure successful onboarding and orientations across sites in Eastern Canada while building trusting customer relations.
