Job Summary
Service Specialist role focused on supporting the achievement of SLA targets and enhancing service operations for assigned accounts. Responsibilities include opening and managing service tickets, verifying client details, updating internal systems and client portals, creating labor tickets and scheduling technicians to meet SLAs, coordinating delivery logistics, performing pre-calls and follow-up calls, tracking technician performance, managing issues and escalations, and providing proactive customer updates. Requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, customer-focused mindset, proficiency with MS Office 365 (Excel, business writing, reporting), attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a drive to improve customer experience and service efficiency. At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; benefits include 401k, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and additional voluntary benefits; hours are Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM ET with flexibility to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-focused environment, office administration, data entry, or a similar operations coordinator role preferred.
