Job Summary
Provide assistance to customers throughout the General Sales area and handle customer issues while supervising front-end operations. Monitor cashier coverage, maintain front-end supplies, replenish change floats, and answer calls for customer assistance at checkouts. Deliver quality service in a fast-paced environment using strong interpersonal, motivational, delegation, and follow-up skills. Train others, monitor work habits, and remain calm when dealing with difficult situations. Work flexible hours Monday to Sunday. Advancement opportunities exist through internal promotion policies.
