Job Summary
Operate mailing, copy, and scanning equipment while maintaining high customer care standards in a high-volume production environment. Ship and receive supplies, order materials, and deliver mail, parcels, and faxes to customers. Adhere strictly to business procedure and safety guidelines while demonstrating flexibility to satisfy customer demands. Perform other assigned tasks as needed. Full-time Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional weekend support on an as-needed basis. Some overtime may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
- Business professional dress code
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background
- Prior Law Firm experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
