Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day delivery of critical lending operations processes including loan administration and servicing activities for mortgages, consumer, leasing, and commercial products. Provide accurate, timely processing of service requests and transactions while resolving standard issues and escalating non-routine matters per guidelines. Execute work to meet service level agreements by following documented policies, reconciling information, and ensuring operational integrity within regulatory requirements. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations, develop tools, and support change management or new product implementations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote efficient workflows and deliver on business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the business unit's key products and services, processes and controls
- In-depth knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business
- Good prioritization skills
- In-depth PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
- In-depth Verbal & written communication skills
- In-depth Collaboration & team skills
- In-depth Analytical and problem solving skills
- In-depth Influence skills
- Fluency in French and English
