Job Summary
Prepare estimates and proposals for services; coordinate with Lifecycle Solutions and Services team (or other department entities) as needed to complete estimates; perform reviews of service requests to determine requirements; support sales staff in preparing for and/or facilitating customer conversations related to service offerings; generate the scope of work for services affecting existing customers; assist estimating team through analysis and coordination of information; prepare weekly status reports on project activities; travel to customer sites or Dematic locations; role requires flexibility to work remotely as needed based on business demands; BS/BA in related discipline preferred or advanced degree and 2-4 years of related experience; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel) including Pivot Tables; experience with Salesforce, SAP, AutoCAD, or Maestro preferred; Dematic and KION brands context and intralogistics focus; alignment with company values of Integrity, Collaboration, Courage, and Excellence.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in related discipline preferred or advanced degree
- 2-4 years of successful experience in related field
- Microsoft Office: Word/PowerPoint/Excel (including Pivot Tables)
- Salesforce / SAP / AutoCAD / Maestro experience is preferred
