Job Summary
Service Specialist at Bass Pro Shops assists in all aspects of the Service Department operations including unit inventory procedures, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and delivery orientation. May assist customers requiring service or warranty repairs for boats, motors, trailers or ATV/UTV and assist with the sale of parts and accessories. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering service/warranty/parts questions, assisting with receiving, VIN verification, updating IDS, preparing delivery packets, explaining unit operation and maintenance, documenting customer concerns, coordinating with the Service Manager on repairs, and ensuring payments and documentation are completed. Requires ability to perform simple math, communicate professionally with customers and coworkers, and maintain a clean, professional work area. Full-time benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience
- Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.
