Service Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct medium to high complex service tasks including installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits for LV business in the Polish market. Independently troubleshoot complex equipment failures, perform analysis through remote or on-site activity, and execute repairs to ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively identify potential equipment failures, suggest product quality improvements, and coach associate technicians while maintaining high HSE standards. Actively identify and develop new business opportunities by building strong customer relationships and convincing clients to adopt the complete service portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in the operation, production and maintenance of LV switchgears, modules and other LV equipment
- English
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the MNS, SEN+, SEV switchgears
- Knowledge of the MV Switchgears
- Experience in Maintenance / Testing & commissioning / FAT / SAT
- Team player with pronounced communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
- High flexibility and willingness to work independently
- Knowledge of the MNS, SEN+, SEV switchgears will be an additional advantage
