Job Summary
Receive, record, process, and follow up customer orders or service requests while managing enquiries regarding product availability, deliveries, forecasts, invoicing, and returns. Align internally to address supply issues and keep customers informed, organizing urgent transport when needed. Ensure efficient planning of engineer dispatches to customer sites for equipment installation and repairs. Collaborate closely with local ESSC teams, HQ, service, sales, logistics, and finance functions to administer the customer operation business from beginning to end. Fluent in French with strong English skills required for this Warsaw-based role.
