Service Shop Parts Advisor

Order all necessary parts for shop use, repairs noted on work orders, and part requests. Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and damage, pull and provide prints for build-up required parts, and work with purchasing agents to secure part numbers. Review open orders to ensure timely completion and billing, process service shop month-end reports, and maintain MSDS with new incoming materials. Deliver parts to technicians, bill out sales orders once received, and walk units for part orders and estimates. Assist with mobile support coordinator responsibilities, acquire needed parts from outsource, and provide invoicing for inventory.
