Job Summary
In this role, you will manage and direct the Service Department's workload for maximum efficiency and productivity, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective communication. Responsibilities include scheduling jobs, coaching employees, optimizing shop efficiency, performing final checks on equipment, and assisting with diagnosis of machine problems. Requires a valid driver's license, 5+ years of service repairs, and Ag Equipment Tech certification.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years performing complex service repairs/maintenance
- Ag Equipment Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Certification/equivalent
- Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to operate vehicles/equipment used for diagnostic purposes
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs repeatedly and 40-75 lbs on occasion
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to use current business systems
- Working knowledge of computer functions
