Job Summary

Service Engineer负责监控产品的维修、巡检、调试;提供监控领域的技术支持与远程故障诊断;与客户进行日常沟通并支持售后服务销售工作。岗位要求具备大专及以上学历,熟练操作Mysql/Sql Server/Oracle等数据库中的一种或多种,熟悉Windows/Linux操作系统与计算机网络,具备良好的沟通、分析与解决问题能力,能够独立承担任务并把控进度。

Required Qualifications

  • 大专及以上学历,计算机、电子信息、自动化、通信等相关专业优先
  • 熟练操作Mysql/Sql Server/Oracle等一种或多种数据库,能编写常用SQL语句
  • 熟悉Windows/Linux操作系统、计算机网络,优先
  • 具备良好的沟通、分析及解决问题能力,能独立承担工作任务及把控任务进度
