Job Summary
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to educate customers on available services, identify upsell opportunities, and recommend tailored solutions based on their needs. Listen actively to understand customer requirements, research and resolve issues by coordinating with other departments, and escalate complex matters to supervisors. Use internal systems to manage accounts, process service requests, and accurately document all interactions while adhering to scripts, policies, and compliance standards. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and stay current with training updates. Submit to a Level II background investigation and drug screening as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, chat, or administrative roles in a contact center
- Experience in state or federal work environments
