Job Summary
Service BDC Agent at Scharmach Automotive Group serves as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with scheduling service appointments and answering inquiries. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and emails, scheduling and confirming appointments with accurate CRM data entry, following up on reminders and post-service feedback, resolving inquiries or escalating as needed, coordinating with service advisors to optimize scheduling, maintaining organized customer records, and promoting dealership services and maintenance packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (automotive experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using CRM systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
