Job Summary
Service Scheduler manages scheduling the day-to-day operations of the Customer Care Program. Acting as the main point of contact for administrative service support, the scheduler will quote and execute service contracts and schedule contracted service. Responsibilities include quoting service technician visits, scheduling technician visits and coordinating with technicians and customers, closing work orders and completing billing, complying with EH&S, recycling and QA policies, data entry as needed, issuing POs for outside resources, collaborating with the Customer Care sales team to ensure timely delivery of quotes, closing work orders and contracts at completion of service terms, performing customer satisfaction follow-up calls, executing technician timesheet entries, and ordering tools for new technicians. Qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s in business administration or related field (or equivalent service experience) preferred, with strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel), experience with database queries and customer reporting tools a plus, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The role is primarily performed out of the Ball Ground, GA head office, with potential visits to customer locations; environment may be cold or hot and damp at customer sites.
