Job Summary
Automotive Sales role at Big O Tires focusing on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing tire and service sales in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include achieving knowledge of products, services, warranties, and maintenance issues; maintaining showroom merchandise; assisting with inventory and reception tasks; and delivering superb customer service and communication to guests while adhering to company policies. Must have 3+ years of tire & auto service sales experience, strong auto service & tire sales knowledge, leadership abilities, and multitasking skills to succeed in a fast-paced team environment.
