Job Summary
Proactively visit customers to identify opportunities, preparing and following up on commercial proposals for spare parts, service level and maintenance agreements, health checks, upgrades, and retrofits. Execute the GEA Service strategy and sales plan in collaboration with the team while managing warranty cases and support maintenance planning. Strong customer focus with the capability to translate customer needs into effective actions. Requires a degree in Engineering or related field, with solid communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or experience in a related technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering
- Solid communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
- Service-oriented mindset
- Proactive attitude towards spare parts, retrofit and service sales promotion
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 30%)
Desired Qualifications
- Professional experience in sales and service support roles within the pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing industry
- Fluent in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English; Portuguese considered a plus
