Job Summary
Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival. Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner while collecting vehicle information. Perform walk-around inspections on all vehicles at the time of write-up. Write up customer vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair orders. Explain completed work and all charges to customers. Requires two years of automotive experience, computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Offers a five-day work week with salary, commission, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Two years previous automotive experience, preferably in a service department
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Current valid driver's license with driving record that meets insurance company standards
- All positions are subject to pre-employment drug screening and background checks
