Job Summary
Service Sales Representative responsible for selling fire-life safety and security service contracts within an assigned US territory. Build new business and expand services with end-user customers and existing clients by leveraging consultative selling to promote a broad range of services, including maintenance contracts. Drive annual quota attainment through prospecting, qualifying opportunities, developing sales proposals and presentations, and closing contracts. Maintain CRM-driven forecasts and activity logs, collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, legal), and execute tactical sales campaigns targeting end users, developers, and property managers. Requires ability to create call plans, manage time and territory effectively, and communicate value propositions clearly to customers. Bachelor’s degree preferred and two to five years of quota-driven service-sales experience; strong negotiation and presentation skills expected.
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years consistently meeting or exceeding quotas of selling service and maintenance contracts to end user customers or related activity
- Consultative selling expertise
- Strong negotiation skills and competitive spirit
- Effective communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
