Service Sales Representative

Job Summary
Develop and drive aftermarket sales for generator service and parts within assigned territory; prepare and deliver professional proposals to engineers, maintenance personnel, purchasing agents, and executives; identify and size aftermarket parts and create tailored recommendations; build industry contacts, generate leads, and follow up on sales opportunities; maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements (e.g., NFPA 110) and product capabilities; leverage CRM to track activities, generate reports, and support revenue growth; meet or exceed sales quotas; coordinate with service and engineering teams to finalize contracts and ensure customer satisfaction. Skills include strong sales and presentation abilities, negotiation, customer-facing experience, CRM proficiency, and knowledge of power generation equipment and related aftermarket services.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent industrial sales experience
- 1 year cold call via phone and in person
- 1 year customer facing sales role that includes negotiation, presentation, and conflict resolution
