Job Summary

Develop and grow the service department’s client base for commercial roofing in Hialeah. Responsibilities include visiting customers, conducting roof service assessments, preparing quotes with pictures and drawings, presenting full scopes to clients, maintaining customer data in the CRM, coordinating with the Service Department to generate leads, and traveling locally to meet clients. Requires 3–5 years of sales experience in commercial roofing/construction, a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft applications and CRM, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years sales experience in commercial roofing, construction or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in sales, with a strong record of achievement and a proven ability to achieve results
  • Ability to apply negotiation skills to a variety of sales situations
  • Ability to manage/qualify leads and close business through direct contact or over the phone
  • Excellent track record in developing relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust
  • Solid project management skills
  • Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint and CRM
  • Ability to climb ladders and walk/inspect roof
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel locally; out of the office 80% of the time
