Job Summary
Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representatives are responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a client base for the commercial repair division. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals; promote services; consult and specify roofing system repairs to meet customer needs; participate in trade shows and marketing functions to increase market share; create leads through cold calling and referrals; manage accounts using Salesforce and BOX for field documentation and proposals; support operations with project information and ensure timely communications; perform on-site roof evaluations and assist with receivables as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Graduate
- 3+ years outside sales or business development experience
- Commercial Roofing sales preferred
- Driver's License Required
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Ability to work independently in the field, and manage priorities and calendar
