Job Summary
Field-based Service Sales Manager role leading a team of 6 technicians in residential electrical services in San Diego. Responsibilities include driving revenue and efficiency targets, monitoring KPI metrics such as close rate, average ticket, and labor efficiency, coaching and mentoring for performance, recruiting and onboarding technicians and related field staff, managing safety program and weekly safety meetings, and overseeing inventory and vehicle/warehouse operations. Requires 5+ years of sales/service management experience in residential in-home services, a proven track record of driving revenue through a service team, and ability to recruit, train, and hold technicians accountable to goals. Hybrid work arrangement with 70% in-office and 30% in the field, salary around $95k base with uncapped commissions and strong benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall relevant sales/service management experience in residential in-home services
- Experience leading a service team in the Auto industry or Software sales experience is a huge plus
- 4+ years of sales/service management experience
- Experience training, mentoring, and coaching technicians how to sell and hold them accountable to weekly, monthly, quarterly goals
- Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check
