Job Summary
Service Sales Manager leads a high-performing selling culture across the Michaels store, coaching a team to achieve sales and service KPIs, managing front-end and service operations, POS/self-checkout usage, and omni-channel fulfillment. Responsible for customer experience, employee development, and executing store programs including balloons operations, Knit & Sew Shop, custom framing coordination, loyalty enrollment, and protection plans. Drives enrollment in protection offerings, supports BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, and ensures SOP adherence, asset protection, and operational continuity through Manager-on-Duty coverage. Strong emphasis on coaching, scheduling, and executing brand standards in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years retail leadership experience
