Job Summary

Drive crane service sales by developing leads, managing customer relationships, and delivering spare parts, service products, and modernization/upgrade solutions to achieve service contract targets and profitability. Maintain existing accounts, understand client needs, provide crane service solutions to improve satisfaction and renewals, develop new customers, execute market/territory expansion plans, create and implement sales plans and budgets, manage leads, opportunities, pipeline, and CRM data, and perform sales activities including visits, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and contract closings. Ensure accurate records of pricing, sales, and activities, and output timely reports. Requires Bachelor degree or above in electrical, mechanical engineering, or automation; 5+ years of relevant sales experience; Cantonese fluency with basic English; willingness to travel; strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; ownership, teamwork, and self-motivation. Familiarity with ISO 14001 & 45001 is beneficial.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in electrical, mechanical engineering, or automation
  • 5+ years sales experience in industry-related equipment sales or services sales
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent Cantonese; basic English communication
  • Strong influencing skills to persuade and close deals
  • Willing to travel frequently
