Service Sales Executive

Job Summary
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential clients for Direct Digital Controls (DDC) systems and services. Build strong relationships with existing customers while conducting thorough assessments to propose tailored HVAC equipment replacements and system upgrades. Prepare detailed proposals, collaborate with the technical team for accurate design and installation, and deliver compelling sales presentations to highlight system benefits. Negotiate contract terms, maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, and meet monthly and annual revenue targets. This role supports the Service Agreements business across the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Europe, requiring a background in building automation sales and familiarity with energy efficiency concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years Sales Experience in Service sales in the building automation industry or a related field
- Industry certifications related to DDC systems and building automation
- Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability concepts
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Financial expertise to estimate and sell technical solutions and service offerings effectively and independently
- Proven track record in sales, especially in the building automation or DDC industry
- Strong knowledge of DDC systems, building automation, and related technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
