Job Summary
Develop and execute sales and service strategies in the Upper Midwest for EDT's products in the food industry; provide on-site technical support for equipment installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning; manage customer proposals, quotations, and contracts; identify and pursue new market opportunities; build long-term customer relationships and represent EDT at industry events and trade shows; travel up to 50% to support customer success and sales growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial applications, preferably in the food industry, with a strong focus on drying and evaporation technologies
- Proven track record of success in sales and service roles, including exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships
- Strong understanding of sales processes, service delivery models, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 50%)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
