Job Summary
Manage assigned industrial separation accounts by generating leads, executing service sales, and closing contracts for preventive maintenance and system upgrades. Increase monthly and annual order volume while driving revenue growth across the defined customer portfolio. Maintain GM targets, adhere to monthly visit plans, and submit meeting reports and weekly CRM opportunity loads. Propose process improvements to enhance commercial efficiency and prepare data-driven reports for leadership decisions. Requires an engineering or business degree, strong technical sales background, and proficiency in SAP and CRM.
Required Qualifications
- Industrial engineering, mechanical, or electronic engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Intermediate to Advanced English
- Solid experience in commercial sales specializing in technical sales
- Knowledge of the dairy market
- Clear, organized, and methodical structure
- Advanced Excel and Office suite proficiency
- Experience with management systems such as SAP and CRM
- Must be available to handle the full sales process from lead generation to service execution
- Must be able to develop preventive maintenance contracts with clients
- Must be able to increase monthly and annual orders for assigned accounts
- Must be able to increase billing in the defined customer portfolio
- Must be able to monitor GMs for assigned accounts
- Must be able to comply with the monthly visit plan
- Must be able to submit meeting reports after each visit
- Must be able to comply with weekly opportunity loading in CRM
- Must be able to promote the sale of all service deliverables, especially control system upgrades and preventive maintenance contracts with Condition Monitoring
- Must be able to execute internal departmental commercial processes
- Must be able to propose improvements to current processes to increase efficiency
- Must be able to prepare requested reports that serve as the basis for area decisions
