Service Sales Engineer

Job Summary
The Service Sales Engineer is responsible for handling various post sales opportunities including generating spares, framing Annual Maintenance contracts, rate contracts for spares and man-day service, and shutdown jobs. The role requires pro-active follow-up on quotations, responding to customer inquiries, verifying purchase orders, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The candidate should possess strong presentation skills, conduct workshops, and ensure customer satisfaction through technical competence. A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with 4-6 years of sales experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Good Technical knowledge in Level, Flow, Wireless, Corrosion technologies.
- Work Experience on Products like PT/DPT/TT, Radar level, Coriolis, Magnetic & Vortex flow meters, Flow computers, Associated skid components like pumps, Digital valves
- Knowledge of Metering Skids, SRV systems, B&T Systems. GCs, flow computers etc.
- Good Presentation skills, communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience on Analytical System for Power and Oil & Gas Industry is preferred.
- Experience on various Emerson field Instruments like Emerson Measurement products, flow products and Emerson Metering skids, Analyzer systems etc.
