Job Summary
In-house support of Service Sales and close collaboration with Service Area Managers; offer preparation based on technical specifications; support in service and maintenance contract management; interface between service, order processing and customers; maintenance of customer and order data in CRM/ERP systems; support in billing topics based on service reports; document management for service projects; general administrative and organizational support for the service team; partial home-office option (hybrid work).
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Servicevertrieb, Vertriebsinnendienst oder technischen Service
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-/CRM-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
