Job Summary
Service Sales Consultant will drive growth of CES’s HVAC, Refrigeration and Plumbing service business by prospecting new customers, conducting sales activities, and developing long-term relationships with commercial facilities in markets such as healthcare, government, industrial, hospitality and more. Responsibilities include onsite surveys and proposal generation using the CRM, maintaining customer satisfaction and developing maintenance contract base, coordinating with internal departments, and delivering a consultant-style value proposition to clients. Requires ability to engage with clients, strong organizational skills, create sales reports, and travel as needed; a high school diploma or GED is required and a Florida driver’s license is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration and Plumbing preferred but not required
- Proficiency with CRM platform on Web and Mobile Apps as required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Demonstrate strong work ethics, along with a high level of customer service
