Job Summary

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Chapel Hill Tire, you’ll be the friendly face guiding customers through their vehicle service journey, recommending smart and valuable services, and keeping customers updated on repairs. You’ll collaborate with the parts coordinator and technicians to ensure smooth workflow, while leveraging your people skills and sales mindset to build loyalty and encourage repeat business. The role emphasizes clear communication, customer-focused service, and opportunities for growth, with paid training and a pathway to develop your skills in a supportive team environment. No automotive experience is required, but customer service or sales experience is preferred, and the ability to work with the public is essential. Strong multitasking and communication skills, plus a valid driver’s license, are helpful for success, along with dependability and a growth mindset.
