Job Summary
Service Sales Account Manager responsible for growing the service sales territory in NSW, developing new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering service and refurbishment solutions. Duties include managing turnover and margin, generating service proposals and refurbishment quotes, leveraging Salesforce/CRM to manage customer needs, collaborating with commercial/operations/strategic sales teams, and identifying growth potential within existing accounts across all service product groups. The role is Hybrid with flexible working arrangements and involves cross-functional engagement with customers, vendors, internal stakeholders, and contractors.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Service Sales, Business Development or Key Account Management
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen and sound decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with solution selling and driving sales strategies
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and create productive working environments
